Cam Followers plays a critical part in creating a quality double seam on all Wild Goose Filling seamers.
The Cam Follower follows the curvature of the seamer's rotary cam and effectively carries radial and heavy side loads.
It's eccentric design allows for easy and precise adjustability.
For most seamers, the 1st Operation cam follower is made of black plastic and the 2nd Operation cam follower is made of stainless steel.
Quick Change seamers, however, use two stainless steel cam followers, one on each swing arm.
Cam Followers are sold individually and the Lock Washer and Hex Nut are sold separately.
A thorough inspection of the double seam's external and internal components is required after this part has been removed or replaced.
