When your in-store pickup order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00am to 3:30pm MST Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer shipping to US and Canada through our online store.
If you reside outside of US or Canada, please place your order by email at help@wildgoosefilling.com or by phone at 720-406-7442, Opt. 2.
International shipping charges to Canada will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Service may vary depending on your delivery destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wild Goose Filling is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please refer to your tracking number for updates. If more information is needed, please contact us at shop@wildgoosefilling.com with your name and order number to assist you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after the original ship date as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Returns due to a manufacturing defect or Wild Goose error will be refunded in full, including shipping costs for the returned product and its replacement product.
Return shipping costs for items returned for any other reason(s) except manufacturing defect or Wild Goose error will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the return credit.
In the event your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at shop@wildgoosefilling.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will do our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
