    RETURNS

    A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers costs associated with processing returns, including inspection, repackaging, and restocking. However, the restocking fee does not apply in the following situations:

    • Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange.

    • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item or parts, please notify us promptly for a return or replacement.

    To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

    • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at shop@wildgoosefilling.com or 720-406-7442 Opt. 2.
    • If there is a problem with your order or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have 30 days after the original ship date to request a return.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Do not send any returned item to Wild Goose Filling without an authorized return shipping label. Refunds will not be issued unless previously approved by Wild Goose Filling.
    • Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.


    SUBMIT AN ONLINE RETURN REQUEST

    • To initiate a return request online, the order must be fulfilled or partially fulfilled.
    • Start by clicking this link: Login
    • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    • Open your email account and open the email sent from our store, then copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 
    • Go back to the online store, and enter the six-digit verification code. 
    • Select the order you wish to return. 
    • If your order has more than one item, select the items you wish to return. 
    • Select a return reason and add a note if applicable. 
    • Click Request Return

    If your request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. 


    REFUNDS

    We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. Once approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
