The compact Legacy Seam Lift Cylinder is only used on early Legacy WGC-50/100/250 seamers and is used to raise lidded cans to the chuck.
This cylinder sits on top of the seamer's baseplate and is not compatible with other seamers.
The alignment of the Seam Lift Cylinder to Seaming Chuck is critical and additional tools may be required to center this part.
A thorough inspection of the double seam's external and internal components is required after this part has been removed or replaced.
