Seam Rotary Flow Control

This flow control valve is used on the 1st Operation Rotary Cylinder on all Standard Wild Goose Filling seamers. 

This fitting is used to control the speed of the cylinder's extend motion. 

This fitting is NOT compatible with Gosling or Quick Change seamers.

• Valve function: Exhaust air flow control non-return function
• Pneumatic connection 1: QS-6 Used with pneumatic tubing with an outer diameter of 6 mm
• Pneumatic connection 2: M5
• Adjusting element: Slotted screw
• Standard nominal flow rate in flow control direction: 115 l/min
• Standard nominal flow rate in non-return direction: 70 l/min ... 110 l/min
• Operating pressure for entire temperature range: 0.2 bar ... 10 bar
• Operating medium: Compressed air as per ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4]
• Temperature of medium: -10 °C ... 60 °C
• Nominal tightening torque: 0.8 Nm
• Tolerance for nominal tightening torque: ± 10%
