The can present sensor is used on all EVO and WG8/10 systems.
Commonly referred to as "First and Last can sensors", this inductive proximity sensor is used to detect the presence of a can at the first fill head and last CO2 purge tube.
An additional can present sensor is found near the seamer's entrance.
A can must be present at these sensors for the filling/seaming cycles to start.
